Information you choose to send
The enquiry form collects your name, company or project, email, destination country or market, selected product direction, pouch format, project scale and message. Do not send medical records, sensitive personal information or proprietary formula details in an initial brief. We use these details to assess the business enquiry, reply, quote where appropriate and keep a record of the discussion.
Security and service providers
Enquiries are saved in a private WordPress administration area and sent through the configured email service to the business recipient. Hosting, email delivery and an external WhatsApp conversation involve service providers and may involve processing outside your country. WhatsApp opens only when you choose its link; its privacy practices apply to that external service. Server access logs may contain IP addresses and request information needed for security and operation.
Spam controls use short-lived verification records and rate-limit identifiers derived from connection information. We do not publish enquiries or expose them through the public content API. We do not sell personal information or use an enquiry as permission for unrelated marketing.

No external analytics vendor or advertising tracker is enabled at launch. Optional conversion-event integration is reserved for a future configured analytics service and remains subject to your choice. A material change in provider or use requires this notice to be updated.
Retention and your requests
Website enquiry records are normally removed through a scheduled cleanup after 90 days unless a separate business relationship requires an agreed record. Limited backup copies may remain for up to a further seven days. Email correspondence has its own business-record lifecycle. Security logs are retained as needed to operate and protect the service; contact us for the applicable operational details.
You can ask about the data held in connection with your enquiry and request access, correction or deletion. We may need to confirm identity and consider applicable retention obligations. Where relevant, you may withdraw consent or contact an appropriate supervisory authority. This notice does not claim that a checkbox alone resolves every privacy obligation in every country.
