Mini, slim and regular
Mini and slim are comparative format names, not universal measurements. The public ZYN size comparison provides examples of 13 × 28 mm mini and 14 × 34 mm slim designs; VELO also distinguishes mini from the longer slim format. These are external visual references, not a claim of affiliation or identical tooling. Our final dimensions require prototype approval.
Specify the complete pouch
Define nonwoven material, seal geometry, fill mass, tolerances, appearance and sensory requirements. The document’s 20 × 30 mm or larger custom geometry can be assessed as a separate brief. A pouch is not a tea bag or an envelope: it is a small filled pillow shape with controlled sealed edges.
Protect the final formulation
A shallow round can, liner, seal, carton or individual moisture-barrier sachet can be evaluated. Discuss 16 or 20 pouches per can as pack-count options, then establish net contents, headspace, closure usability and barrier needs. Do not infer shelf life from the presence of a lid; use the final-pack study and the intended transport/storage conditions.
