From brief to batch
OEM, ODM, CRO and CDMO support can be scoped around a specific product brief. Formula ownership, test responsibilities and release criteria are agreed before work begins.
Project brief
Define audience, market, ingredient intent and commercial requirements.
Feasibility
Review ingredient eligibility, fill capacity, taste and evidence gaps.
Prototype
Compare pouch format, sensory profile and packaging mock-ups.
Testing plan
Agree specifications, methods, stability conditions and sampling points.
Specification lock
Approve the formula, bill of materials, limits and change control.
Packaging proof
Review artwork, barrier choice, pack count and label responsibility.
Production & QC
Execute the approved process and review batch-release records.
Export handover
Confirm shipping documents, trade terms and importer requirements.
Know what you are approving
A convincing product starts with a defined specification. Ingredient identity, fill-weight control, seal integrity, microbiology, stability and pack protection belong in the project plan.
Explore quality planningFormula feasibility
Separate ingredient intent from an achievable, reviewable pouch brief.
Documented decisions
Keep sample versions, approval records and change requests aligned.
Market-specific review
Check ingredient, route, classification and proposed wording for each destination.
Pouch & pack
engineering
Mini, slim and regular pouch designs pair with shallow round cans or other agreed barrier packs. Every pack choice is validated against the final fill and product requirements.

Questions, answered
What are recover pouches?
Recover pouches are oral pouch development concepts for recovery-oriented nutrition brands. Ingredients are enclosed in a small nonwoven pouch. The final product classification, formula, use instructions and claims need project-specific assessment.
Can you support OEM, ODM, CRO and CDMO projects?
Yes. The project scope can cover a customer-supplied brief, formulation development, research coordination, prototype sampling and manufacturing transfer. Responsibilities and deliverables are defined in the project agreement.
Are these fixed products with published doses?
No. The 36 concepts are configurable development briefs. Ingredient amounts, fill mass, pouch dimensions, shelf life and label statements are established after technical and market review.
Are recovery pouches a replacement for protein or hydration?
No replacement is claimed. A small dry pouch cannot replace the food, water or gram-level nutrients required by an individual nutrition plan.
What are the MOQ, sample cost and lead time?
These depend on the formula, pack components, testing scope and production brief. Request a written quotation; no universal minimum, free sample or fixed turnaround is advertised.
How do I start a private-label project?
Choose a direction, tell us your target market and format, then send an initial brief. The next discussion defines feasibility questions, sample deliverables and the documentation needed before production.
Tell us what you
want to develop
Share your market, ingredient ideas and packaging direction. We will use your brief to define the next feasibility and sample discussion.
